CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS NOW PLEASE TO A DIFFERENT ONE FROM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.

A Hacker has been on the Loose and has been hacking alot of Forums including Serebiiforums, EverGrandeCity Forums, Smogon, and Pokemon Showdown.
The Staff of the other Forums adviced me to say to the Admins of the other Forums:

1) Have staff change all their passwords to something they don't use anywhere else
2) Make their Admin accounts "uneditable" (in config.php)
3) Follow all the steps given by vBulletin here. Disregard the fact that it's in the vB4 section, these tips apply to all vB versions.
4) Have backups of everything ready, including the database and all files.
5) Take all the precautionary measures with your host. Make sure all your contact information is correct in case your password is changed and you have to contact them. They will ask you to verify yourself.
6) If you DO get hacked, delete all of your files off your system and replace them with your backup. This ensures there are no backdoors (or if you have software installed on your server that checks for file changes, use that). Check your Control Panel Log in the ACP once your board is online to see if any malicious plugins were installed. Delete them from your database. Ban the IP that was used to log into the admin account.

In EverGrandeCity Forum, the Hacker changed the Forum to his Twitter Hacking Page. On Serebii, he almost took all of it. He attacks Moderators first, then from the Moderators Account he trys to Hack the Admins Account. If we DO get hacked, when we recover, I advice everybody to change Passwords and Email.
